Skin Toner - Normal To Dry Skin

A super-soft, alchol-free tonic that contains chamomile, witch hazel and Dead Sea minerals to help cleanse and calm dry, inflamed skin.  
This purifying tonic removes residue and makeup while balancing your skin and soothing irritation. Unlike most tonics, this tonic does not contain alcohol which can dry and irritate the skin.
